We understand that when you purchase a luxury pen, you want to be assured of its quality and performance. All items you buy from Brepen are covered by the legal guarantee. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what consumers can reasonably expect it to do.

In addition, brands offer a manufacturer's warranty

Warranty period

The warranty period with regard to the manufacturer's warranty for our luxury pens differs per brand. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee

During this period, you can claim warranty for manufacturing defects and material defects. We kindly ask you to contact us within 14 days of discovering the defect.

Exceptions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, accidents or unauthorised modifications. Fall and water damage are also not covered by the warranty.
Please note: Processed products (e.g. engraving) are also not covered by warranty.

Warranty procedure

If you wish to make a warranty claim, we ask you to first send us an e-mail with a clearly described defect and an additional order number. After this you will receive information from us on how to return the product.

Upon receipt, we will thoroughly inspect the product. If the defect falls within the warranty conditions, we will repair it as soon as possible or submit it to the manufacturer for repair.
