Shipping method

We aim to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, we use reliable shipping partners to carefully deliver our luxury pens to your home. Your order will be shipped with PostNL.

Delivery time

We aim to dispatch orders placed on working days before 16:00 on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next working day. The delivery time is usually 4-5 working days after shipment. However, this may vary due to (temporary) carrier pressure.

Track & Trace

For your peace of mind, we offer the option of tracking your order using a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the progress of your order online.

If you are not at home

Please choose a delivery address where someone is present during office hours. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the shipment will be offered again the next day. In the web shop we offer you the possibility to choose a separate billing and delivery address, so that you can always have the delivery made to an address where someone will always be present.

Our luxury pens are packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. We aim to deliver your order to you in perfect condition, so you can enjoy your luxury pen immediately.
