Legal cooling-off period and right of return

At Brepen, we value satisfied customers. You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post or by e-mail). You can use the model return form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, you shall receive back from us all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return conditions

To exercise your right of return, please note the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, including the original packaging and any labels.
• The product must not have been used, washed or damaged.
• All accessories, manuals and any free gifts must be returned.
• Personalised or customised products (engraved) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  
  If the conditions are not met, a depreciation will be charged.

How do you return a product at Brepen?

1. Contact our customer service team at info@brepen.uk. Please provide your order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Download the withdrawal form here: Return form
3. Pack the product(s) carefully in the original packaging and include the return form.
4. Send the package to the following return address:

5. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. To make use of your right of return, please note the following conditions:
   - The product must be in its original condition, including the original packaging and any labels.
   - The product must not have been used, washed or damaged.
   - All accessories, manuals and any free gifts must be returned.
   If the conditions are not met, a depreciation charge will be levied.

Refunds

• We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them.
• We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
