1. Ordering

1.1. Browse our exclusive collection of luxury pens and choose your favourite model(s).
1.2. Add the desired pens to your cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
1.3. Have you added all the pens you want to order? Then go to your shopping cart to start the ordering process.

2. Shopping cart

2.1. Check the contents of your shopping cart carefully. Here you can adjust quantities or add any discount codes.
2.2. Click "Proceed to checkout" to continue with the ordering process.

3. Personal details

3.1. Enter your personal details, such as name, shipping address and e-mail address.
3.2. If you wish, you can enter a different delivery address, for example if you want the pens to be delivered as a gift.

4. Shipping information & delivery time

4.1. Select the desired shipping method.
4.2. Check carefully that all shipping information has been entered correctly.

5. Payment methods

5.1. Brepen uses the payment platform Multisafepay, which supports a wide range of secure payment methods.
5.2. Choose your favourite payment method such as: iDEAL, Credit card, PayPal or Bank transfer.
5.3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

6. Complete order

6.1. Check again the order information and the chosen payment method.

7.2. After payment, you are automatically returned to our webshop to complete the order.
