Based on piston technology (an invention considered revolutionary at the beginning of the 20th century), with a new patented cap sealing system, Nexus combines the best of yesterday and tomorrow. The large tank holds the equivalent of 7 ink cartridges! You can keep an eye on your ink level through the large barrel window. Diplomat Nexus fills via pipette: unscrew the front section to load the ink directly into the barrel using the supplied pipette - the patented automatic locking system is activated when you replace the front. The Diplomat Nexus has a large, cylindrical body made of heavy anodised aluminium in royal blue - both with polished chrome fittings. The fountain pen nib is offered in a stainless steel version.
