If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
Warranty and manufacturing faults
At Brepen, quality comes first. Should you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us immediately. We will offer a suitable solution such as replacing or repairing the product free of charge.
